Shamley Green Community Room Bookings

The Garden Close Community Room is a welcoming community space for hire in Shamley Green. This recently renovated room has plenty of natural light and is used regularly for classes, workshops and community gatherings and events. Maximum capacities are 30 seated and 45 standing, plus an additional six staff or carers, where applicable.

The room benefits from a range of comfortable chairs and tables, available to users and the space can be configured to suit different needs. A free standing projector screen is also available upon request. The hire includes use of well-equipped galley kitchen, which currently includes an oven, microwave, kettles, fridge and dishwasher.

The Parish Council welcomes requests for regular, occasional and one-off hires, with discounted rates available for regular users and village residents. Booking requests can be made by contacting the Clerk.
